Deep cut. Well ventilated. Adjustable visor. What else does a good enduro helmet need? Modern and stylish design, so that you also cut a good figure at the next shoot. Uvex had all these points on its to-do list when its engineers set about developing a new mountain bike helmet. The result is the uvex quatro integrale.

The uvex quatro integrale is made of three shells in inmold construction: Upper shell, lower shell and a separate shell in the rear. The special feature: All shells are seamlessly connected, so unsightly EPS edges between the shells are a thing of the past. The generous visor is height-adjustable and blends seamlessly into the look of the helmet. Depending on the course of the trail, it can be easily folded up or down in three stages, in the uppermost position, the goggle can also be easily parked underneath.

For high wearing comfort, the uvex quatro integrale can be individually adjusted to the head height and circumference via the uvex anatomic IAS system. The highly functional inner pads are comfortable to wear and can be washed if necessary. 17 ventilation openings provide sufficient fresh air. In addition, the uvex quatro integrale has ventilation openings for the goggle at the bottom edge.

Technologies

Inmould technology
EPS is foamed directly into the impact-resistant polycarbonate shell. For a helmet construction that is as light as it is very stable.

IAS 3D system
However, heads differ not only in their circumference, but also in their height. The uvex IAS-3D system therefore offers the additional option of precise adjustment to the individual head height.

FAS
The Fast-Adapting-System harness can be easily and continuously adjusted exactly to one’s own head shape. This keeps the helmet firmly on the head in all situations and the webbing always in the optimum position.

Monomatic
Multi-level and anatomically shaped: The uvex Monomatic comfort closure can be opened and closed with just one hand at the touch of a button. So the chin strap always fits perfectly.
